Meet Max
"Do the right thing." I always keep these simple words in mind in everything I do, because real estate is an inherently human business. As a NJ Realtor my goal is to prioritize the client relationship more than any single transaction because I'm in this business for the long haul and not just for a commission check. I think this mindset is reflected in the fact that the bulk of my business activity comes from repeat clients and client referrals.
My main objective is to understand my client's goals, needs, and motivations and to do all that is necessary to help them get there. I pride myself on always being responsive and respectful, offering honest and helpful advice, demystifying the often-complex process of buying and selling real estate, and fighting for my client's interests. My extensive experience as a Realtor, rental property owner, and home improvement DIY-er allows me to leverage my unique set of skills to help my clients achieve their goals.
I leverage my strengths and experience to help make the transaction go as smoothly as possible by problem-solving inevitable hurdles, addressing any questions and concerns, and connecting my clients with a reliable roster of other real estate professionals, including licensed contractors, lenders, insurance agents, home inspectors, and lawyers.
I am not afraid to roll up my sleeves and go "above and beyond" to ensure my clients get to the closing table.
Whether you are looking to buy or sell in Northern NJ, get in touch with me today, and I'll be glad to discuss how I can help you with any of your real estate needs.
I have been with CØMPASS since 2020 and am the Co-Team Lead at The VIP Team, one of the top-performing real estate teams in Northern NJ.
A Bit More About Max
I'm a happily married father of two, proud homeowner, DIYer, real estate investor and landlord, and lover of good books, fresh coffee, the great outdoors, family travel adventures, and photography.
I work hard for my clients and in my business, but I make it a priority to have dinner with my wife and kids every evening, to prepare my kids' school lunches and drop them off every morning, and to be present, both mentally and physically, for my family every single day.
I pride myself on being open to learning new things, acquiring new skills, and the ability to adapt and/or change my point of view.
I received my BBA from Baruch College, CUNY, and my MBA from New York University, Stern School of Business. One of the most life-changing experiences for me was completing my MBA as an exchange student in Barcelona in 2009.
